We are a group of teachers within the Buddhist, Yoga, mindfulness, and therapeautic worlds that want to use our platforms to highlight the importance of voting in the upcoming midterm elections. Our goal is to maintain and strengthen our democracy in order to prevent a collapse into facism and the deterioration of human rights in the states.
